This time next year, Peter and I will be celebrating our 30th and 35th birthdays (I'll let you guess which one of us is turning which age...but I'll give you a hint: I'm younger). Since 30 and 35 are pretty significant ages, we thought we might just throw a big bash! (Maybe...we all know I have a serious issue with planning ahead) So join us, this time next year (maybe).
For now, I'm off to enjoy my last year of my 20s! Any suggestions as to what I ought to do/accomplish before I'm thirty??

Zoo Days

Last week the kiddos went to the zoo with their Honi and Papa. With warmer weather at our front door, I look forward to more days like this!

...homemade clothing that is SUPER cute!

We received this homemade knit sweater for Allister from a good friend of ours. Perfect color, too! I think one of his best colors is this light blue.

We were also given this homemade knit hat from a colleague of Peter's who hasn't even met Allister. Lovely!! I must admit I love him in hats...and he totally leaves them on!

Before Allister joined our family, Peter and I had the opportunity to travel quite a bit! I love to travel and I love coming home after we've traveled. We've been to approximately 14 different countries together and I look forward to visiting more, eventually.
One of my favorite trips was to Switzerland. Beautiful!! Breathtaking! Awesome!

May Favorites

Since May is one of my favorite months, and just so happens to be the birth month of myself and my hubby (yes, we share the same birthday), I decided that it would be fun to post some of my favorites throughout the month.

I'll start with...

One of my favorite people is my hubby.

We've been married coming up on 5 years now and I love him. He is such a patient man, kind and giving. My favorite thing about him...he LOVES reading the word of God. He also is a good sport when it comes to all my questioning and he's often willing to stay up late to listen to my ramblings on life. I love that we share our birthday, our anniversary, and all other celebratory days. He's great fun to travel with and just pretty much my bestest friend.
