So, if you are wondering, our (picture) camera broke, so I decided to post some videos. He is getting SO close to crawling!!

Polka or Break Dancing??

So let me just explain some of the humor of this video (besides the very cute giggle towards the end of the video).
We have some friends that used to do a break-dance-type move with their boys...hilarious. When Peter would try it out, we would joke that it sounded more like a polka...I now have evidence of the polka-type dancing. Of course, Allister seems to really enjoy it. He might not know what to do with a break dance!

I need a list!

When I go to the grocery store without a list I return home with:

two frozen pies
bananas
garlic
ice cream
tomatoes
chuck roast
and
firewood

Our new favorite game goes something like this...

Favorite Things

One of his favorite things to do these days is ride on daddy's shoulders. Love it!!

8 months along

Hiking

Peter has been itching to carry our boy in the Kelty Kids backpack (that we got for about $14). So a couple weeks ago we packed up the car and headed to the foothills.

Allister LOVED the backpack and constantly kicked his feet as Peter headed up the mountain. He had a smile on his face the entire time.

We weren't out for long, but once the sun went down it started getting pretty cold and I totally forgot to bring Allister a sweatshirt...or socks...(ahem) of course I remembered to bring a sweatshirt for me. So we made do. Does he look cold? :)

All in all I think we had a pretty good time. It is so much fun to see our boy enjoy the outdoors!!
