Don't know what a "snack toy" is?? ....well, it's a snack AND a toy, all in one...and it's ice, which is apparently what they play with/snack on in Canada, so there you go, a Canadian Snack Toy.
P.S. I think the fussing toward the end is because his hands started to get a little cold and blue. We might just need to stay in Canada a little longer to get used to this type of "snack toy" lifestyle!
